Recroo is looking for skilled Welders to join our clients' teams in Romania, Europe. Our clients are leaders in civil construction, electrical/plumbing installation, and metalworking. Your role will be key in meeting targets and ensuring
- quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Welding metal structures: Performing welding work on metal structures, including steel and metal elements for industrial and civil construction.
• Precision welding: Using various welding techniques (MIG, MAG, TIG, electrode welding) to ensure safe and
  - quality joints.
• Processing materials: Preparing and processing metal parts before welding (cutting, bending, grinding) according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Quality inspection of welds: Inspecting and testing welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Repairs and maintenance: Repairing damaged equipment and metal structures as required.
• Maintenance of welding equipment: Maintaining and cleaning welding equipment to ensure efficient operation and workplace safety.
• Compliance with safety regulations: Following workplace procedures and safety standards, using appropriate personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of welding experience in construction.
• Technical knowledge: Strong knowledge of MIG, MAG, TIG welding, and electrode welding.
• Technical drawing reading: Ability to read and interpret technical plans and welding drawings.
• Good command of English
