Wireless Baseband Architect
About the Role:
On behalf of one of global RAN Technology OEM research units, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Wireless Baseband Architect to lead the design of
- generation baseband lower system architectures for B5G/6G wireless products. This role offers the opportunity to tackle
- edge challenges in wireless communication, driving innovation in physical layer architecture.
Responsibility:
- level architecture of the baseband lower (physical layer) for 5. 5G/6G wireless products. This includes translating L1 business requirements into software and hardware requirements, and proposing comprehensive architectural solutions.

What you should bring on:
A minimum of 10+ years of industrial or academic experience in baseband lower system design and implementation, specifically focusing on:
Strong expertise in wireless physical layer applications and extensive experience in the design and implementation of baseband lower solutions.
Key Skills: Proven experience in system architecture design (software and hardware) for the physical layer.
Solid understanding of wireless communication standards and protocols, with a focus on physical layer technology.
Strong leadership abilities to drive technical studies and coordinate between international teams.
Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
