Responsabilities:

• Examination of client files, in order to identify missing or
- compliant documents;

• Request through specific tools for missing or
- compliant documents following the established procedure;

• Receiving and approving documents, in order to validate the client's file;

• Reporting compliance risks identified in accordance with the legal framework;

• Completing the data and uploading the client's documents in the group's applications,

• Dealing with volumes in real time, according to the specific SLAs;

• Reassignment of private cases/files not foreseen in the process procedure to Process Referents through the specific application

• Compliance with internal security and confidentiality rules;

• Participate in regular training sessions within the learning program;

• Participate in the programs initiated within the "Graduate Program - Ygain".

Profile required

Profile required:

• Attention to details;

• Rigorous;

• French language level A2-B1;

• Knowledge of English – advantage;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);

• Proactive attitude, ambition and enthusiasm. This 6 month paid program has been designed to offer you the possibility to really understand the area and job that best suits you.
