Job Description

Mission:

• You will be in charge of the proper functioning of the monitoring solutions, which are Zabbix, Canopsis and Grafana, the evolution of each product, as well as create and maintain standard template, which are used by multiple countries
• You will be integrated into the Global Tooling teams and will be involved in different projects related to our solutions
• You will work in a team which whom you will work on a daily basis and will be in touch with contracts governance and delivery teams to evolve our standards

Responsibilities:

• Lead an implementation of Zabbix or implement it by yourself.
• Create and maintain standard Zabbix templates.
• Develop new Zabbix templates as per business requirements.
• Maintain the Zabbix Server solution and Zabbix proxies.
• Upskill on our Canopsis Hypervision solution and maintain it,

- as participate to product evolution.
• Set up and maintain Grafana dashboards.
• Participate in
- call rotations.
• Contribute to the automation of our solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
• Work collaboratively with the team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the security tools, in compliance with the standards and procedures.
• Provide level 3 technical support, by analyzing and solving complex incidents.
• Follow up on the updates and evolutions of the tools.
• Create or maintain Ansible Playbooks which delivers the service (Automated Service Catalog)

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• “Zabbix Certified Specialist” certification mandatory
• Minimum of three years’ experience with Zabbix
• Knowledge of Grafana
• First successful experience in middleware solutions or Infrastructure services context.
• You have a solid experience with Linux, Windows and Kubernetes environment
• Knowledge and ability to write Ansible playbooks would be a real plus
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems
• Team spirit, collaboration and communication
• Curious and motivated to be onboarded on new solutions
• Fluent English, spoken and written. French speaking is a plus
• On-call Duty is required
